Once that's done it's thing, exit this folder, run Mount and Blade and then use the drop down menu on the initial stary screen to select Phantasy Calradia mod. Once you have the Phantasy Calradia file in the mods folder, just right click on it and select Extract Here. That may not be exact as I'm posting from my phone, but you get the idea.
